Material introduction
Spodumene is one of the main lithium-containing minerals, also known as type 2 spodumene, which belongs to the monoclinic system, and the crystals are often columnar, granular or plate-like. The color is off-white, gray-green, purple or yellow, etc., the hardness is 6.5-7, and the density is 3.03-3.22g/cm³. Spodumene is mainly produced in lithium-rich granite pegmatites, and the paragenetic minerals include quartz, albite, and microplagioclase. As an industrial ore that is the main source of lithium group, the application of spodumene in ceramics, metallurgy, porcelain extraction, special glass, chemical industry, etc. is developing rapidly and expanding day by day. Spodumene is divided into three categories according to its use, chemical composition and smelting process requirements: chemical spodumene, ceramic spodumene, and low-iron spodumene.
Grinding process
The spodumene grinding process is generally divided into spodumene coarse powder processing (0-3MM), fine powder processing (20 mesh-400 mesh), and spodumene ultra-fine powder deep processing (400 mesh-3250 mesh) three types.
Phase 1: Broken
The bulk spodumene material is crushed by the crusher to the feed fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.
Second Stage: Grinding
The crushed spodumene small pieces are sent to the silo by the elevator, and then evenly and quantitatively sent to the grinding chamber of the mill by the vibrating feeder for grinding.
CLRM Raymond mill and YGM ultrafine mill are generally used for fine powder processing; CLUM ultrafine vertical mill and HGM ring roller micropowder mill are generally used for ultrafine powder processing, and European-style coarse powder mills are used for coarse powder processing.
Stage Three: Grading
The ground materials are classified by the powder classifier, and the unqualified powder is classified by the classifier and returned to the main machine for re-grinding.
The fourth stage: collecting powder
The fineness powder enters the dust collector with the airflow through the pipeline for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished product silo by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then uniformly packed by a powder tanker or an automatic baler.

The spodumene grinding production line often uses Raymond mills, vertical mills, ultra-fine vertical mills, ultra-fine ring roller mills, etc. Adjust the fineness of the powder, and select the appropriate milling production line plan according to the actual production needs of the customer and the investment plan of the customer.

Structural composition: It is composed of main engine, analyzer, pipeline device, blower, finished product cyclone separator, crusher, hoist, screw feeder, electric control motor, etc. The main machine of the Raymond mill is composed of a frame, an air inlet volute, a blade, a grinding roller, a grinding ring, a casing and a motor.
Production advantages:
1. Upgraded on the basis of the traditional Raymond mill, the output of the new pendulum structure is 30%-40% higher than that of the traditional Raymond mill, and it occupies a small area. It is especially suitable for the three major fields such as power plant desulfurization, manganese industry, and coal powder. Mature technology, various non-flammable and explosive materials with Mohs hardness below 7 and humidity below 6%.
2. The system is equipped with two types of open circuit system and closed circuit system, the system stability and reliability are enhanced, and the explosion suppression performance is good.
