1. Before the temperature of the main engine and main bearing fall to the normal temperature, it is not allowed to stop the lubrication and water cooling system.
2. After the grinding mill stop operating jaw crusher, the user has to connect the machine to the high pressure lifting device so as to prevent the bearing alloy from damage because of the cooling contraction of the grinding body. until the grinding body cools to the normal temperature, the user can remove the high pressure lifting device.
3. All the valves should be closed after the main engine and auxiliary engine stop operating and the recorder should be also closed timely.
4. After the grinding mill stop operating, the exhaust gas disposal system should adjust the system pressure according to the condition of the rotary kiln such as the opening of the relay fan.
We should pay more attention to these issues. Proper normal operation can reduce the possible problems appearing during the operation of the powder grinder mill which is helpful to the high efficiency. Therefore , the daily maintenance and correct operation is important for any grinding mills.
