Compared with the Raymond mill, the high-pressure suspension roller mill adds a high-pressure spring above the grinding roller. This unique design greatly increases the service life of the consumable parts of the mill, and the fineness of the finished product can be arbitrarily adjusted within the specified range. In addition, there is a unique air duct design, which avoids multiple problems caused by dust entering the grinding roller. The analyzer is placed on the upper part of the pulverizer, and the finished product can be classified accurately to the mesh. The design of the lower reducer solves the power problem when the machine is running.
1. In terms of structure:
The roller of the Raymond mill is suspended on the plum blossom frame to achieve revolution and rotation, and the grinding ring is fixed.
The rolls of the high-pressure suspension mill are connected to the outer wall of the machine base through rocker hinges. The rolls rotate around their own axes, swing around the hinge point, and the rolls rotate around the central axis.
2. Working principle:
When the Raymond mill is working, the crushing of the material is realized by the centrifugal force generated by the rolling roller in the process of rotating around the plum blossom frame, which acts on the grinding ring. The rotating speed of the plum blossom rack is low, so the centrifugal force is also low.
The crushing of the material of the high-pressure suspension roller mill is realized by the pulling force formed by the spring fixed outside the machine base. The pulling force formed by the spring is much larger than the centrifugal force of the Raymond mill, and the rotating speed of the rolling disc is also much larger than that of the plum blossom frame. Therefore, the grinding efficiency is relatively high.
3. On the feed particle size:
In the original Raymond mill, the smaller the feed, the more stable the output and the higher the processing efficiency, while the feed particle size of the high-pressure suspended roller mill is larger than that of the Raymond mill.
4. In terms of discharge particle size:
The processing output particle size of Raymond mill is in the range of 30 mesh to 325 mesh, and the output particle size of high pressure mill is in the range of 80 mesh to 600 mesh. The finished product is finer and the sieving rate is higher;
5. On the output of finished products:
Due to the strong pressure of the high-pressure spring, the high-pressure mill will have a higher output than the Raymond mill.
