1、the powder grinder Machine should be used for super fine grinding of pesticide /Agrochemical.
2. The powder grinder should be suitable to install in the pilot plant facilities of PESTICIDE industry.
3. Feed size : Average size <10mm.
4. Production rate : 50-60 micron.
5. Production capacity : 50 kg /Hr.
6. Material of construction : Machine parts in contact with product are made up of SS304 grade or better quality.
7. the powder grinder has to be supplied with suitable feed hopper (screw feeder, magnetic grating, and materials centrally into the machine chamber. The grinding take place due to attribution between a high speed rotating rotor (ring ) dia 300mm having minimum six airms with wear resistant tips and side liners on the both the side of the tip.
8. the powder grinder has to be supplied with suitable cyclone, duplex filter along rotary interlock system and all the necessaries pipe line, bag holder. All the necessary ducting /clamps and removable collection bin/container along with moving trolley, necessary supporting stands to mill unit.
9. Power supply is A/C Three /single phase 400-440V - 50Hz with appropriate relay with control system for safety and sophisticated control instrument,necessaries cables etc.
10. A set of maintenance toolbox, essential wearing spare part (for 5 years) and Operation & maintenance manuals.
11. the powder grinder should be Easy to clean and easy access to process parts.
12. Control panel must be totally enclosed (means vapors, dust and proof).
13. Engineering work : Erection and commission of mill system, control panel and its accessories in site.
14. Provision of Training : Operation and minor maintenance of mill.
15. Warranty : Three year from the date of installation and final acceptance.
