Why does our Raymond mill keep leaking powder? What is the reason why the output of Raymond Mill cannot be increased? What if the Raymond Mill shuts down frequently? More recently, many friends asked me various questions about Raymond Mill. Raymond mill is widely used as the main equipment for powder processing such as limestone, lime, calcium carbonate and gypsum powder. Various problems in daily use are also inevitable. Today, we will summarize the common problems in daily use of Raymond mill, Troubleshooting methods.
1. Raymond mill produces less powder?
The main reason is that the powder storage cabinet is not sealed. In the powder grinding process, if the sealing of the powder storage cabinet is not in place, it will form a phenomenon of powder absorption, resulting in no powder or less powder, so please check the tightness of the powder storage cabinet and adjust the degree of sealing.
2. Is the powder too coarse or too fine?
This is because the analyzer cannot work normally. The analyzer is responsible for analyzing the size of the finished powder, whether it meets the standard of the finished product and whether it needs to be polished again. When the blade of the analyzer is severely worn, it will not play a role in classification. Will cause the powder to be too coarse or too fine. This situation can be resolved by replacing the blade with a new one.
3. Abnormal powder particle size?
The adjustment of the Raymond mill fan is incorrect. If the air volume of the Raymond mill fan is too large, it will also cause abnormal powder output from the mill, and the powder output will be too thick; if the air volume is too small, the powder output will be too fine. Under abnormal conditions, the air volume of the fan should be adjusted to correct the powder particle size.
4. The powder leakage at the bottom of the mill
There is a gap between the main box and the edge of the grinding disc. It is possible to design a recovery device or a device to prevent leakage, or extend the distance between the outer edge of the material bed and the outer edge of the grinding disc, or add a certain height of baffle.
5. Excessive fan vibration
Accumulation of powder, wear and unbalance of fan blades or loose anchor bolts can cause excessive fan vibration. We can make specific adjustments through the following methods to remove the accumulated powder on the blades or replace the blades, and then tighten the anchor bolts.
